FAQ
Questions about coordination and follow-up
Is the company a government body?
No. We are a private company providing coordination and follow-up services, with no authority to issue any official approval.
Do you guarantee approval to travel or enter?
No. Approvals and entry decisions are issued only by the competent authorities under applicable regulations. We commit to preparing and following up your application honestly and informing you of the result.
How long do procedures take?
It depends on the type of procedure, the authority and the circumstances of each case. We give you an expected timeframe when we review your case, though it may change for reasons beyond our control.
Which documents will I need?
Documents vary by case and procedure. Please do not send documents through the website; contact us on WhatsApp first and we will explain what is needed and a safe way to hand it over.
Has the security approval for Palestinians entering Egypt been cancelled?
As we explained to our clients in October 2026, the reports about cancelling the security approval concern Iraqi citizens only and do not include Palestinians. Always rely on official sources, and contact us before you travel to check the latest position.
Do procedures change over time?
Yes. Regulations and procedures can change according to the decisions of the competent authorities, so we check the latest position for every request.
