Every transaction has its own path
Requirements depend on the type of document, the body that issued it, the body it will be presented to and the country where it will be used. So instead of one list for everyone, we review each transaction and explain:

- The expected timeframe, which may change depending on the authority
Your documents stay private
We never ask you to upload personal documents through the website. After you contact us, we agree with you on a suitable and safe way to hand over documents or send copies.
The limits of our role
Acceptance and attestation of documents are decided by the competent authorities under their own conditions. Our role is follow-up and coordination, and we cannot guarantee outcomes that are not ours to decide.

Questions about documents and attestation
Can the transaction be handled without me being present?
In many cases yes, through a power of attorney or authorisation, but some authorities require you to attend in person. We will tell you what applies to your case.
How long does attestation take?
It depends on the type of document, how many bodies it must pass through and each body’s circumstances. We give you an estimate when we review the transaction.
Do you ship documents outside Egypt?
Shipping can be arranged depending on the destination, the document and the couriers available. We confirm the cost and time before sending.
How do I send you my documents?
Please do not send documents through website forms. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email first, and we will agree a suitable way to hand them over.
