How we register you at an Egyptian university
Study in Egypt is the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education’s official platform for admitting international students to more than 130 universities and institutes. We take every step with you:

Choosing your field and university
We help you choose faculties that fit your certificate and grade, such as medicine, engineering, commerce, law or science, and order your choices on the platform.

Application and documents
We open your application on the Study in Egypt platform, upload the required documents (certificate, passport and photo) and follow up the service-fee payment on the platform.

Nomination and initial acceptance
We follow your nomination and initial acceptance, and tell you the result and the next steps on time.

Preparing the original file
We prepare your original file, including your Tawjihi certificate attested in Ramallah and by the required bodies, and submit it to the university or the competent department.

Final acceptance and statement
We follow your final acceptance and final statement until your registration is complete and you start at university.

Application dates, fees and each faculty’s conditions are announced by the Study in Egypt platform (study-in-egypt.gov.eg) and the universities, which also issue nomination and admission decisions. We follow the procedures for you carefully and keep you informed.

Acceptance and attestation of certificates, and university admission, are decided by the universities and education authorities. We follow up and coordinate the procedures, and cannot guarantee admission or any outcome.

Questions from students and parents
Do you help with university admission?
We help with enquiries about the paperwork and documents required and follow them up. The admission decision rests with the university alone.
Can my Tawjihi certificate be attested while I am outside Palestine?
It depends on the certificate and the body where attestation is required. Contact us with your certificate details and we will explain whether it is possible and how.
Can a parent follow up on behalf of the student?
In many cases yes, although some bodies require a power of attorney or official authorisation. We will explain what each body requires.
How long does it take?
It varies by authority and document type. We give you a realistic estimate when we review your request, especially if you have a deadline.
